I am a large guy (6'-3", 250lb), old school draftsman, and have had issues finding a decent drafting chair that will withstand the use I put it through. This new chair appears to be much more robust than previous chairs I've used, which last a year or two before breaking down. It is comfortable, and I like that it extends high enough for the custom drafting table I use. This chair is a couple hundred $ more than the cheaper versions, but I believe it will be worth it in the long run.
