I bought the chair after lots of looking. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and is a joy to look at and sit on. I called the company for an update on the table I ordered, and was surprised that a human answered. We had a nice chat, and my questions were answered by someone who clearly knew what they were talking about.

A few days later I ordered arms for the chair, which is now perfect!
